RESERVATIONS
Reservations and confirmations
should be requested by fax 5934 - 2346387 , 2346223 , 2334835 or e-mail
veronica@bertinitours.com to our office, including passengers data as:
complete names, passport numbers, arrival and departure flights, services
requested.
Special Requests for room allocation, diet consideration, etc. must be
requested at the time of booking. Whilst every effort will be made to
ensure that these requests are fulfilled, they cannot be guaranteed.
For the months of July, August, December and January (High Season), we
recommend to book at least six months before departure.
PRICES
Our prices are per person and are quoted in US dollars. Prices are
subject to variation if there are any increases due to government action
or increases in transportation costs or fuel prices. Any increase of the
tour price will be notified to you prior to departure.
Occasionally our rates are discounted for short periods for promotional
purposes. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to reduce the price
of a confirmed booking.
Please check up carefully what includes or do not include each one of
our tours.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend passengers take trip cancellation insurance
(it will reimburse the cost of air tickets and non-refundable trip payments).
We also recommend the following insurances: life, international medical,
baggage loss and baggage delay, and for personal belongings. BERTINI´S
TOURS assumes no liability for lost or stolen personal objects during
the length of the tour..
MEDICAL AND HEALTH
Participants need to be in good physical health and condition to be
able to enjoy a Galapagos cruise or Amazon Jungle expedition. If a passenger
suffers from any medical condition, we advise him/her to consult a physician
about joining a Galapagos Cruise or Amazon Jungle expedition.
DIVING WARNING
Diving in the Galapagos Islands is advisable for very experienced
divers only. Cold waters, strong currents and surge may be present. Passenger
participation is made under their own responsibility.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be requested by written. In view we are an
agent, we will have to respect each condition of the cruise operators,
hotels and lodges. Almost all the companies will not refund the 100% of
the payment 30 days prior departure, except for medical reasons, sent
by written, which will receive 50% refund. Bertini's tours will charge
you a handling fee of Usd50, oo per person.
LIABILITY
BERTINI´S TOURS S.A. acts as an agent and will no be responsible
for injury, damage, loss, additional expenses, accidental delays or other
irregularities which may be occur either by negligent acts or omissions
on the third parties providing or engaged in transportation, accommodation
or other services related to the programs and will not be responsible
for cancellation for any services due to natural disaster, social disorders,
unforeseen events or other factors beyond control.
BERTINI´S TOURS S.A. reserves the right to modify the itinerary
or change its sequence whenever the company considers it necessary for
the better development of the tour.
